How do I download and access my purchased templates? After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a secure download link. Click the link to access your template instantly. You can also find it in your order confirmation email at any time.
What if I lose my download link or can't find my email? No problem — contact us at hello@templateconcierge.com with your order details and we'll resend the link right away.
Do I need a paid Google or Notion account? No. Both Google Sheets and Notion have free plans that work perfectly with our templates. You just need a free account on whichever platform you're using.
Do your templates work on Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers? Our Google Sheets templates are designed specifically for Google Sheets and are not guaranteed to work with Excel or Apple Numbers. Notion templates only work within Notion.
Can I use the template on my phone or tablet? Yes. Google Sheets and Notion both have free mobile apps for iOS and Android. Your templates will work on any device.
Can I share the template with my team or family? You may share access to your own copy of the template with people you live or work with. You may not distribute, resell, or share the original download link publicly.
Can I customize the templates? Absolutely. All templates are fully editable — change colours, add your own categories, rename sections, and make it your own.
Do you offer refunds? Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at hello@templateconcierge.com and we'll make it right.
How do I get support if something isn't working? Email us at hello@templateconcierge.com. We typically respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
Will I get updates if the template is improved? If we release a significant update to a template you've purchased, we'll do our best to notify you and provide access to the updated version.
